We are located in Hallett Cove, South Australia 5158. As this is an at home service, you will recieve the full address via confirmation.
We accept Cash or Bank Transfers. Payment details will be provided via confirmation email.
All overnight boarding bookings will need a 50% deposit 7 days before the start of the stay. All remaining funds must be paid before pick up.
You must give notice to us within 7 days of the scheduledstart date if you wish to cancel a booking. The refund of any amounts already paid at the time of cancellation will be forfeited. If you do not notify us until after 7 days, you will not be refunded the 50% deposit but will recieve any other additional payments for the stay.
A meet and greet is mandatory and provides you the opportunity to meet us and see where your pup will be staying. This also allows us the opportunity to meet your dog, discuss behaviours and to ensure they get along well with our dog Casper. No bookings are guaranteed until the meet and greet has been approved.
Immediate action will be taken and this dog will be isolated from the others. If required the owner or emergency contact will be notified to immediately come collect their dog. Any future days left in the stay will be refunded.
We can not guarantee that one of us will be there with your dog 24/7 but in most cases we will be home a vast majority of the time. All dogs will have other dog company while we are away and can monitored via security cameras in the house.
In most cases, we are happy to look after your dog if they have a medical condition. You will need to follow the below requirements that apply.

These details must be accurate and if the dosage information has changed, you will need to get an updated label from your vet.
Supply
As the Owner it is your responsibility to make sure there is enough supply of the medication during your dogs stay.
If your dogs medication does run out during their stay we will advise you of the situation and can contact the vet on your behalf to replenish the medication. You will be required to provide us the cost of medication and travel costs (if required).
